are cordura saddles reliable?
i’m trying to find a saddle for my gelding and can’t afford all of the expensive hand-made saddles. i was just wondering if cordura saddles were reliable. i know they are a LOT cheaper because they are made out of a nylon material.
i don’t do any competitions or show riding. i just need a saddle for trail riding and pleasure riding.
as i was doing some more research i noticed that the cordura saddles come in round skirt and square skirt. i would assume the round skirt would be more comfortable for my horse but does the square skirt fit better because it has more coverage over the saddle pad or is it all just for show?
there great light weight saddles for just putting around or trail riding! we have owned a few and there just easier to go out and throw on the horse for a nice ride insted of the heavy ol work saddle!!

round skirts are for barrel raceing you dont want the square skirt becuse it could hit a barrel and knock it over…/
