what is the best kind of glue to use to bling your plastic cell phone case?

ill be using flat surfaced gems crystals and big broach items that will be heavy

Hot glue works well, and dries clear.

Gorilla Glue works ok, but you have to use a LITTLE of it, or it will foam up and ooze out from under things and does not dry clear.

Epoxy (a two step mixture) works pretty good for most things, as long as you work in an organized fashion and are ready to glue things in place.

You could try clear silicon caulking , this will give you the most leeway as far as repositioning things before it sets (normally overnight), and will be easiest to peel off of something after it sets.
