What do you think of this saddle?
I was looking at this saddle and wanted to know what you guys thought of it. I have my doubts because of the EXTREMELY low price. Does it look like it would last for at LEAST 4 years? I guess I could buy another one because it is cheap enough but I would rather buy a saddle that would last. Also if you look at the skirt, notice that it is lifted up alot. Is that really an issue and is it going to effect my seat and riding? If you own this saddle or know of anyone who did, what did you/they think of it? Would you recommend this saddle and what do you think would be the smartest choice. I am looking for a cheap saddle that will last 3-4 years at a time. I only ride 4-5 times a week but will start to ride daily so I need one that will hold up. Thanks alot guys! I will be checking in so I know what you suggest.

They may look nice for the low price but many are not made correctly as to they do not fit the horses properly.
Your best bet would be to buy a used saddle like the first poster suggested. But it also depends on the size you need.
I have a 17″ and I couldn’t find many in the lower price range that were used and of good quality.
I did plenty of research on it and bought a Camelot Close Contact saddle. It was under 400 with the leathers, I had irons already. For the price it is a decent saddle, it fits my horse really well and it’s very comfortable for him. The leather isn’t stiff like it is on the 100 dollar saddles.
Also I’ve had it for about 2 years and it is still in great condition and I ride about 3-4 times a week. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget who needs a good quality saddle.
