Yardsale pricing questions for 2 particular items?
In a couple weekends, my dad’s family might have a huge yardsale. I’m not the type of dude that consantly has yaardsales. but I had one a few years ago. It wasn’t too successful, we had all the items priced and they were made almost $100 dollars.
Also what do you think are good prices for nicknacks (little statues)?
I know these two items should have low prices, but what do you think the prices should be?
A pair of nylon pants in perfect condition, no rips and no stains.
A book. The Great Gatsby, and that book is in good condition.
For the pants, I would say 5 bucks. People will probably haggle down some… and is the book hard cover or paperback? Paperback- $1 Hardbound-$3. Good luck and don’t be afraid to come down on the price if someone is interested… like the first answer says, the purpose is to get rid of stuff… not make a ton of money. Good Luck and have fun!
