Ava Frick Provides Animal Chiropractic Care
I never really thought about horse joint pain before. I always assumed horses, like my horse Semper, didn’t feel pain or get sick. So when my gorgeous stallion started showing signs of arthritis, I had no clue what to do. Looking online I found this great website about an Animal Fitness Center by Dr. Ava Frick. I found out that all animals can get sick just like humans. If I did not take my equine to Dr. Ava Frick so soon he might of had horse paralysis and I would have never forgiven myself.Animal Pain Relief
After a horse is over 15 years old Dr. Ava Frick told me that it is common for them to get equine arthritis. Tendons and cartilage, in horses and humans, wear down over time as they grow old. Since I got Semper when I was 14 I didn’t think about his aging causing pain, swelling, stiffness and swelling in his joints. I guess my equine friend has already been suffering for quite a while but I just was not able to sense the discomfort and pain that he was feeling. I ride him every day around our farm and was even putting him through hours of practice.
Horse joint pain can easily be alleviated by medications and drugs. I know that pain medication and drugs can be harmful to my horses organs. I really wanted to make sure Semper’s care was as natural and holistic as possible. So it was great that Dr. Ava Frick supports alternative therapy to medications for treatment. I love that the Animal Fitness Center uses holistic methods of therapy to relieve animal arthritis and pain. They not only relieve pain and discomfort of all types of animals but also make sure they receive the proper nutrition to make sure they have a speedy recovery. Besides, I felt that genuine care and affection was given to my equine pet during his stay at the Animal Fitness Clinic.
One of the things that I really appreciated about Dr. Ava Frick is the chiropractic service she did for my Semper. Treatments like this are targeted towards the root of the problem so they can cure it instead of just treating the pain caused by it. Although medications can ease the horse joint pain felt by Semper, these will not really target to root cause of the problem, they will simply manage the symptoms. Aside from massage therapy, my horse was also subjected to PST Vet (Pulsed Signal Therapy), which is a non invasive type of pain management that not only helps alleviate pain but also boosts the functionality of problematic areas.
