Taking A Beach Holiday In France
When it comes to beach holidays, one of the best destinations is France. These days many of us are counting the pennies so we just can’t afford the exotic trips we once went on. However heading off to the South of France is something that can be afforded by most of us. In fact if you bring your own tent it is possible to arrange this type of trip for less money than you would spend in the pub over the weekend. However if you don’t want to stay in a tent there are a number of guest houses and hotels which are reasonably priced.
The amenities in the French beach resorts are really great and provide a wonderful place to stay. You won’t have a problem if you want to party after spending the day sunning yourself on a beach. Even though you won’t be heading out for the same wild time as you would be on a Greek Island, you will find that you will still have plenty of fun but with a little more sophistication. In fact with the money you save on this type of trip you can probably afford to let your hair down a bit more.
The really nice thing about a beach holiday in France is that it is just so easy to get to these destinations. It actually only takes a few hours by train from London. This means that we can go for just a weekend if the mood strikes us. When it comes to sunshine, the South of France has plenty of it during the summer and if you are hoping to get a tan then you won’t be disappointed. France is not only great for beach holidays, but it is a wonderful place full of fantastic towns and villages and full of culture and amazing cuisine.
