What’s with the blue pipes in Cologne, Germany?
I just came back from Cologne, and we noticed that there were large blue pipes above the roads at the end of the shopping district and running around the Rhine. We weren’t sure what they were for, so if anyone could enlighten me, that would be great.
It is sort of a dark room you crawl inside and there you get mounted and pounded
