Courtney King-Dye is a famed American Olympian whose life at age 32 was shattered by a horse accident. Chaps are designed to provide adequate protection for legs particularly on a trail ride. Usually made of leather, chaps will ensure the safety of lower parts of your legs while horse riding. Gloves, like the chaps, offer protection to palms. Apart from protection in the event of an accident, gloves also keep the palms protected from underbrush.
Wearing proper equestrian apparel will ensure safety for you during horse riding. It is better to take some time to dress yourselves properly rather than taking any kind of risk. It is said, taking a bit of time is always better than meeting an accident.
