Best canister filter for a 80 gallon salt tank?
I am setting up a 80 gallon tank that I intend to keep saltwater fish in. It isn’t going to be a reef tank, but I do want to have some live rock/sand and easy invertebrates (like hermit crabs). I need to get a canister filter, but I am not sure what brand to get. I want one that is self-priming, easy to maintain, and very quiet (so no spray bars). I have had lots of experience with freshwater tanks, but not so much with salts.
Eheim, Magnum or Fluval.
