Why does Barnados Charity have a targeted charity for black men called “BabyFather”?
Why is it, according to Barnados’ own black commentator, that black males are over-represented in having multiple children to multiple single mothers and have no intention of being providing stable father figure?
Have they no access to contraception?

It’s a pragmatic decision. Barnardo’s are seeing a need and attempting to do something about it.
Yes, they have access to contraception. No, many of them choose not to use it. If Barnardo’s can do some tiny bit to get these men to take some responsibility, then well done “BabyFather”!
