Camera For A Novice User?
Hello everyone. I am looking for a first-timer camera. I do have a few pre-req’s, however:
At least ISO 800
Under $125 Used (Like ebay)
Made in Japan (PREFERRED)
A swivel lens is (PREFERRED)
So Far, I have considered the Nikon Coolpix 995, Coolpix 4500, and Coolpix S4.
I would like to know more about camera’s of the like and also have a few questions regarding the ones I have listed.
What is the Max ISO rating of the Coolpix S4?
If you had to choose between the three, which would you choose?

Coolpix S4 Iso range from 50-400.
If I were to get one, I’d get the 955 because I like the design. It’s less about functionality now since a lot of newer camera out perform it, but it’s more of a collection.
Do note the battery might be very old, and you may need replacement. EN-EL1 original battery from Nikon cost $70 each. You may find third party battery that cost 10 time less online.
