How do you get a golden-brown tan?
When I go swimming, I always come back tanned, but not in the healthy, glowing way. Rather, I just get really dark! My back has a very, very dark shade of brown, nearing black. How do I get a nice brown tan with gold undertones rather than just charred? Do I need sunscreen or something?
