Laughter Yoga: Lifts-Up Your Spirit And Our Body
Everyone knows that laughter is the best medicine. When you say that laughter is the best medicine it has a medical basis. Many people might not know that laughter makes certain chemicals which improves your body. When you feel better your body also feels better.
A training workshop that I just attended offered a brain fitness workshop. i have learned many things about how our brain works and able to see the deeper influences of attitudes, mood swings and the habits we make. In relation to the activities of our brain, laughter makes us stay younger every day.
There are four fundamental factors which keep our brain young while growing. The brain continues to grow and we can still stay young at the same time. Even if we’re at the prime of our lives, more neuron connections can still be improved. By making this happen we promote a healthy brain and a healthy body.
1. Practice Mental Fitness – when we don’t use our brains we stunt its growth. You can make your brains young by doing mental gymnastics. Activities like problem solving, games and puzzles make your brain mentally fit. You are less prone to neurodegenerative diseases.
2. Proper Diet – proper intake of food is of utmost importance. “You are what you eat” most people say and that can be true at times. If you eat pork, and pork, and pork you might grow so fat that you are less mobile.
3. Physical Exercise – physical activity should not be forgotten. Keep your body fit with regular exercise.
4. Reduce stressful activity by maintaining an active lifestyle and keep an optimistic view on life. Reducing stress makes you healthier. The brain becomes healthy.
Laughter yoga provides a good healthy lifestyle that’s why it became an “in” thing today. Laughter yoga lifts up the spirit and the body. Optimism is one of the key elements. You should be genuinely and sincerely happy for the exercise to have its full effects and benefits. Laugh and laugh until you drop! Put that together with exercise and what do you get? Laughter yoga!
